Inclusion Criteria

1.Vedana in Shroni, Vankshana, Prushtha (Pain in pelvic, inguinal and lower back region, bilateral lower abdomen)

2.Shoona (Inflammation in genital tract),

3.Gramyadharme Ruja (Dyspareunia),

4.Bastikukshi Gurutva (Heaviness in region of bladder and lower abdomen)

5.Cervical motion tenderness, Uterine tenderness, Adnexal tenderness

6.Oral temperature greater than 101�°F (38.3�°C), 7.abnormal cervical mucopurulent discharge or cervical friability, abundant white blood cells on microscopic evaluation of vaginal fluid,

8. elevated Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate, elevated C-reactive protein.

9.Transvaginal ultrasound showing thickened fluid-filled tubes with or without free pelvic fluid or tubo-ovarian complex and pelvic infection

10.Pre diagnosed Laparoscopic findings consistent with PID

Exclusion Criteria

1.Pregnant women.

2.Women with Hb <7 gm%

3.Hypersensitivity to drug and inability to conform the protocol

4.Ovarian malignant tumor.

5.Patient with HIV, HbsAg, VDRL infection

6.Pelvic endometriosis

7.Patient with uncontrolled Hypertension, Tuberculosis, DM, any other severe systemic disease
