Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Presence of at least two adjacent teeth with \[Cairo RT 1] buccal Marginal gingival recession defects \=2 mm in depth, with height of keratinized gingiva apical to recession \=2 mm.
  • 2\.Presence of identifiable buccal cemento\-enamel junction (CEJ) without any carious lesion or restoration.
  • 3\.Generally healthy patients.\[ASA 1,ASA II]
  • 4\.Palatal mucosal thickness \=2\.5mm as assessed by trans\-gingival probing which serve as donor site.
  • 5\.Full mouth plaque score \< 15% (PI \<1\.5\) \& Full mouth bleeding score (FMBS \<15%) at the time of enrollment

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Pregnant and lactating women.
  • 2\.Recession defects associated with non\-carious cervical lesions
  • 3\.Teeth with evidence of a pulpal pathology and non\-vital tooth.
  • 4\.Teeth that had periodontal surgical procedure for root coverage in the last 2 years;
  • 5\.Subjects who are active smokers at the time of screening;
  • 6\.Diabetes mellitus
