Inclusion Criteria
1 patient aged between 18-60 years of either sex
2 patient diagnosed with Nava sirajagranthi in lower limb only
3 patient fit for siravedha
4 patient with hb% between 12 to 16 gm/dl in males and 11 to 14 gm/ dl in females
Exclusion Criteria
1 Presence of any tumor as a cause of varicose veins
2 Ulcers due to varicosity
3 Avalvulia or other congenital disorders
4 Blood clotting disorders
5 Patient on prolonged anti coagulant drugs
6 Children less than 18 or elderly above 60 years
7 Patient not willing for siravedha
8 Patient having history or suffering from TB uncontrolled hypertension anemia obesity uncontrolled diabetes mellitus chronic liver disease psychiatric patient carcinoma immune compromised (HIV and HBsAg positive cases)
