- •All the adult patients undergoing on pump CABG at high predicted risk of POAF based on the CHA2DS2-VASC scoring system will be included in the study.
排除标准
- •Patients with pacemaker in-situ H/o of Cox maze or radio-frequency ablation of atrial arrhythmia Moderate or severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) or Mitral Regurgitation(MR)
- •H/o of Myocardial Infarction in previous 3 months Incomplete pre-op diastolic function assessment Inability to document complete LAA ligation by intra-op TEE Pre-operative echocardiographic evidence of LAA clot
