Inclusion Criteria
For the questionnaires
- Completed depth or analytical psychological psychotherapy at the training institute of the Alfred Adler Institute Aachen-Köln e.V. at least 2 years ago.
- At least 18 years of age
- Prior written, informed consent
For the individual interviews
- Completed depth or analytical psychological psychotherapy at the training institute of the Alfred Adler Institute Aachen-Cologne e.V. at least 2 years ago.
- Experience with crisis situations/stressful life events, e.g. dealing with illness, dying, death and mourning
- At least 18 years of age
- Prior written, informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- Lack of consent to participate or consent subsequently withdrawn
- Insufficient knowledge of the German language

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Symptoms, interpersonal problems, quality of life and social functioning, goal achievement, patient-therapist relationship, health care costs, and satisfaction with therapy will be assessed. In addition, we will inquire about experiences with crisis situations and stressful life events, and we will deepen these in individual interviews.
