Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subjects with fully erupted teeth subjects requiring extraction first premolars as a part of orthodontic treatment.
- •Subjects with <=4mm initial overjet.
- •Subjects with clinically healthy periodontium, Non-smokers
Exclusion Criteria
- •Long- term use of anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, systemic corticosteroids and calcium channel blockers etc.
- •Subjects with known systemic disease.
- •Presence of craniofacial syndrome cleft palate and cleft lip or previous dentofacial trauma.
- •Pregnant & lactating women.
