Having a diagnosis of obstructive disorders of the bile ducts or uncomplicated cholelithiasis or cholecystitis
No diagnosed mental disorder
No cognitive impairment
Mastering the Persian language
Failure to participate in a previous or current self-care program
Android smartphone access
