- •1.Single level lumbar pathology required fusion surgery
- •2.Failure to conservative management for at least 3 month period.
- •3.MRI and clinical features are consistent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Previous surgery
- •2.Infection cause
- •3.Tumor cause
