Inclusion Criteria

1. Thai mothers, aged 18 years and over
2. No complications related to obstetrics and internal medicine.
3. Mothers who were appointed by the doctor for an abdominal birth surgery
4. Normal nipples
5. Mothers with due delivery the gestational age is 37 weeks or more.
6. Mothers and babies stay together 24 hours a day
7. The baby is ready to suck breastmilk.
8. Being happy to listen to music.
9. Consent to cooperate in reserch.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Mothers and/or infants with complications following the study.
2. Mothers who could not participate in the reserch at all stages of the reserch.
