Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who have unilateral or bilateral primary inguinal hernia who gave consent for trial

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Recurrent hernia
  • •Strangulated or obstructed hernia
  • •patients unfit for spinal anaesthesia
  • •patients with unmanaged urinary, respiratory disease, constipation or Diabetis mellitus type 2
