Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who have unilateral or bilateral primary inguinal hernia who gave consent for trial
Exclusion Criteria
- •Recurrent hernia
- •Strangulated or obstructed hernia
- •patients unfit for spinal anaesthesia
- •patients with unmanaged urinary, respiratory disease, constipation or Diabetis mellitus type 2
