Patients who have unilateral or bilateral primary inguinal hernia who gave consent for trial
Exclusion Criteria
BMI >30
Recurrent hernia
Strangulated or obstructed hernia
patients unfit for spinal anaesthesia
patients with unmanaged urinary, respiratory disease, constipation or Diabetis mellitus type 2
