Inclusion Criteria
1.Stable PSVT (Age >/= 18 years old)
2.Conscious patient
Exclusion Criteria
1.PSVT with successful response by vagal maneuver
2.Pregnant
3.History of anaphylaxis of adenosine
4.History of enrollment to study before
5.PSVT with alteration of conscious with hypotension
6.PSVT with hypotension with signs of shock
