Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing elective short durational surgeries ( TURP, DJ Stenting, URSL, Perianal abscess, Gluteal abscess, LAS )
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologist I or II
- •Patient willing for regional anaesthesia and fear of general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal for spinal anaesthesia
- •Coagulopathy or bleeding diathesis
- •Infection at the site of injection
- •Pre existing neurological deficit
- •Severe hypovolemia
- •Chronic renal disorder ( hypervolemia, acidosis, hypernatremia )
