Patients aged above 18 years.
Type II Diabetes Mellitus.
Patients presenting with acute coronary syndrome (STEMI & NSTEMI) to estimate the complexity and severity of coronary artery disease

EXCLUSION CRITERIA FOR CASES
Type I diabetic patients
Non diabetic patients
Patients with Renal failure
Patients with bleeding disorders
Patients with previous history of CABG
Patients with previous history of PCI
Heart transplant patients
