Inclusion Criteria
1. Participants sign a consent form.
2. Male or Female, age 18 - 85 years.
3. Patients underdoing CABG, valve repair, or replacement with median sternotomy technique.
4. Patients were consulted with a Physical Therapist.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Do not sign a consent form.
2. musculoskeletal pain affected the walking test.
3. using gait aids.
4. neurological condition affected the walking test.
5. sign or symptom of contraindication of cardiacrehabilitation.
6. do not elective cardiac surgery cases.
