- To observe the effect of karpas moola churna to change in value of vaginal PH in bacterial vaginosis

简要总结
This is an open labelled randomized controlled clinical study.The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of karpas moola churna in the management of shwetapradar with special reference to bacterial vaginosis.Total 44 participants will be enrolled in 2 groups(22 in each group).Group A(Trial group)will be treated with Karpas moola churna and Group B(Controlled group)will be treated with Tablet Metronidazole.Age group for an inclusion criteria will be 21-45 years female with the symptoms of bacterial vaginosis.The final conclusion will be drawn on the basis of statistical methods.

- •Patient with Symptoms of Bacterial Vaginosis Whitish or Yellowish-white or Grayish-white,milky,malodorous,thin,adherent vaginal discharge Vaginal pH-more than 4.5 Wet Mount Test-Positive for Bacterial Vaginosis.
排除标准
- •Pregnant women Genital Prolapsed Pelvic Inflammatory disease Other Vaginal Infections like vaginal Candidiasis,Chlamydia Bacterial Infection,Trichomonas Vaginalis.
