Inclusion Criteria
1) Who has a license of Medical Doctor of Korean medicine after graduate from 6 years of Korean Medicine college and has clinical practice experience more than 5 years
2) Who used miniscalpel needle in clinical practice more than 1 years
3) Who has experience in research and is listed as the author of at least one peer-reviewed article (including thesis)
Exclusion Criteria
1) It is difficult to respond to the questionnaire due to disability or mental disorder.
2) If the other pricipal investigator is found to be inappropriate for the questionnaire
