Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1 who Underwent anyone of the cardiac surgery coronary artery bypass grafting, aortic valve repair replacement, mitral valve repair replacement tricuspid valve repair replacement 2 who will be not on inotropic or vasopressor agents
  • •3 who will be able to ambulate on the 2nd day

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1 patient who require more than 24 hours of mechanical ventilation.
  • •2 patient who are in need of surgical re intervention.
  • •3 patient whohad the history/ risk of Arrhythmias and Angina.
  • •4 patient who are disoriented
  • •5 patient who neurological and muscular disorders.
  • •6 patient whoAre not willing to participate in the study.
