Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Male or female subjects aged 18\-45 years (both
  • inclusive), healthy (based on medical history),
  • 2\. Having BMI 18\.5 ? 22\.9
  • 3\. Fasting blood glucose levels below 100 mg/dl.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Age below 18 or above 45 years
  • 2\. Body mass index below 18\.5 or above 22\.9 kg/m2 i.e.
  • should not be obese.
  • 3\. Fasting blood glucose above 100 mg/dl
  • 4\. Family history of type 2 diabetes i.e. first and second
  • order should not have diabetes.
  • 5\. History of any chronic disease or illness.
  • 6\. Any medication consumption in the past one week or
  • suffering from any illness.
  • 7\. Any form of dieting or consumption of a special diet.
