Inclusion Criteria
- Having navicular drop test more than 10 mm
- Positive of great toe extension test
- Having a body mass index less than 23 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- Leg length discrepancy more than 1 cm
- Having signs and symptoms of lower extremity injuries within 6 months and can not maintain standing and one leg stance position
- A history of lower extremity surgery (fracture, ligament and
meniscus repair)
- Athlete or participate in lower extremity training
