- •Acute or recurrent non specific low back pain (ICD-10 M40 - M54)
- •Insured in one of the three participating statutory health insurance companies (AOK Bayern, DAK-Gesundheit and Barmer)
- •Between 18 and 65 years
- •Signed a statement of participation and a declaration of consent
- •Own an E-mail account and a smartphone

- •Nonspecific chronic back pain; Specific back pain, for example due to trauma or tumours; Receiving inpatient pain therapy (Red Flags); Acute psychiatric disorders
