Children with CP
1. Diagnosed as spastic and dystonic CP by the medical record
2. Have planned for a seating assessment or an appointment to receive an adaptive seating devices for the first time
3. Classified according to Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) Levels IV-V (non-ambulatory), the children will be assessed by the researcher
4. Age range between 2-11 years (early childhood = 2-5 years, middle childhood = 6-8 years, and late childhood = 9-11 years) (13)
5. Do not stay at boarding school
Primary caregivers
1. Primary caregivers (including parents and family members) of children with CP
2. Providing ≥ 5 hours taking care of the child per day
3. Currently living with the child for at least 6 months
Children with CP
1. Cannot understand simple verbal instruction (5 instructions will be pre-selected by random from the instructions that are used in the SATCo)
2. Uncontrollable seizure
Primary caregivers
1. Do not understand Thai language by listening in case of inability in reading Thai
