Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Children with CP
  • 1\. Diagnosed as spastic and dystonic CP by the medical record
  • 2\. Have planned for a seating assessment or an appointment to receive an adaptive seating devices for the first time
  • 3\. Classified according to Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) Levels IV\-V (non\-ambulatory), the children will be assessed by the researcher
  • 4\. Age range between 2\-11 years (early childhood \= 2\-5 years, middle childhood \= 6\-8 years, and late childhood \= 9\-11 years) (13\)
  • 5\. Do not stay at boarding school
  • Primary caregivers
  • 1\. Primary caregivers (including parents and family members) of children with CP
  • 2\. Providing ≥ 5 hours taking care of the child per day
  • 3\. Currently living with the child for at least 6 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • Children with CP
  • 1\. Cannot understand simple verbal instruction (5 instructions will be pre\-selected by random from the instructions that are used in the SATCo)
  • 2\. Uncontrollable seizure
  • Primary caregivers
  • 1\. Do not understand Thai language by listening in case of inability in reading Thai
