Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Children with CP
- •1\. Diagnosed as spastic and dystonic CP by the medical record
- •2\. Have planned for a seating assessment or an appointment to receive an adaptive seating devices for the first time
- •3\. Classified according to Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) Levels IV\-V (non\-ambulatory), the children will be assessed by the researcher
- •4\. Age range between 2\-11 years (early childhood \= 2\-5 years, middle childhood \= 6\-8 years, and late childhood \= 9\-11 years) (13\)
- •5\. Do not stay at boarding school
- •Primary caregivers
- •1\. Primary caregivers (including parents and family members) of children with CP
- •2\. Providing ≥ 5 hours taking care of the child per day
- •3\. Currently living with the child for at least 6 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •Children with CP
- •1\. Cannot understand simple verbal instruction (5 instructions will be pre\-selected by random from the instructions that are used in the SATCo)
- •2\. Uncontrollable seizure
- •Primary caregivers
- •1\. Do not understand Thai language by listening in case of inability in reading Thai
