入选标准
- •Children with CP
- •1. Diagnosed as spastic and dystonic CP by the medical record
- •2. Have planned for a seating assessment or an appointment to receive an adaptive seating devices for the first time
- •3. Classified according to Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) Levels IV-V (non-ambulatory), the children will be assessed by the researcher
- •4. Age range between 2-11 years (early childhood = 2-5 years, middle childhood = 6-8 years, and late childhood = 9-11 years) (13)
- •5. Do not stay at boarding school
- •Primary caregivers
- •1. Primary caregivers (including parents and family members) of children with CP
- •2. Providing ≥ 5 hours taking care of the child per day
- •3. Currently living with the child for at least 6 months
排除标准
- •Children with CP
- •1. Cannot understand simple verbal instruction (5 instructions will be pre-selected by random from the instructions that are used in the SATCo)
- •2. Uncontrollable seizure
- •Primary caregivers
- •1. Do not understand Thai language by listening in case of inability in reading Thai
