入选标准
- •1.Children aged 2 - 15 years requiring invasive mechanical ventilation
- •2.Expected ventilation duration > 48 hours based on clinical judgement
排除标准
- •1.Children with SAM
- •2.Airway manipulation in last 90 days (me-chanical ventilation or surgery )
- •3.Severe ARDS diagnosed at admission as per PALICC definition
- •4.Haemoptysis
- •5.Child being ventilated for primary airway pathology (Bronchial asthma, Bronchiolitis. Upper airway obstruction, Bacterial tracheitis, tracheobronchomalacia)
