Men with a diagnosis of vascular erectile dysfunction; with an active sexual partner; score on the IIEF questionnaire (International Index Erectile Dysfunction) - Domain of erectile function equal to or below 25 points
Men subjected to radical prostatectomy or pelvic cancer surgeries; Pelvic trauma; Psychosomatic cause;Psychiatric treatment
Patients in cancer treatment by chemotherapy or hormone therapy; Patients with symptoms of low libido associated; testosterone levels below 300 ng/dl

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method An improvement in erectile function is expected after the intervention, which will be evaluated by the IIEF-FE (International Index of Erectile Function ) where the patient can reach a score between 22 and 30 points, characterizing a mild erectile dysfunction or absence.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method An improvement in the quality of the patient's erection is expected after an intervention, which will be evaluated by the QEQ (Erection Quality Questionnaire), achieving the quality of his erection.
