Childrens who are willing to participate in the study
Children with age group of 11-15
BMI Z score equal to or greater than the 85th percentile and below the 95th percentile
Exclusion Criteria
Cardiac diseases
Respiratory diseases
Congenital problems in upper or lower limb
Metabolic syndromes like Diabetes
