入选标准
- •18 years of age or over; both sexes; with kidney failure; who undergo hemodialysis three times a week, with a duration of each session of at least three hours. Patients eligible for the study should present intradialytic hypotension defined by the above criteria in at least 50% of the hemodialysis sessions of the last three months prior to the start of sertraline use
排除标准
- •Patients with psychiatric disease or major cognitive deficits; history of drug abuse; patient refusal; refusal of the patient's physician
