Patients older than 18 years attending the urology service for elective cystoscopy.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who have a physical or mental disability that prevents them from using the technology (such as dementia or blindness).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Expected to decrease pain perception by at least 1 point as measured by the Visual Analog Scale of Pain.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected a decrease in the time of the cystoscopy, measured in minutes from the introduction of the cystoscope into the urethra until its removal.;It is expected a decrease in the degree of difficulty in performing the procedure, measured on a scale from 1 to 10 by the doctor performing the procedure.
