- •1.Secondary causes like deviated nasal septum,nasal polyps,atrophic rhinitis
- •2. Revision DCR/Stents
- •3. Renal failure or immunosuppression
- •4. Pregnancy and lactation
- •5. Out station patients
- •6. Participants not willing to consent
