入选标准
- •1.Infertile men with oligospermia (sperm concentration < 15 millions/ml.)
- •2.low serum testosterone level (<3 ng/ml.)
- •3.Age > 18 years old
排除标准
- •1.Contraindication to study drug eg. prostatic cancer and breast cancer
- •2.Allergy to the study drug
- •3.Secondary cause of oligospermia include hydrocele, varicocele , hypogonadotropic hypogonadism and history of surgery at the testes
- •4.Previous used of testosterone replacement therapy
