入选标准
- •Subjects with alcohol use disorder:
- •Men and women between the ages of 18 and 65
- •Fulfillment of at least 2 and maximum of 5 of the criteria for an alcohol use disorder (Alcohol Use Disorder) according to DSM-V, corresponding to a mild to moderate alcohol consumption disorder
- •Adequate ability to communicate with the examiner to answer questions verbally and in writing
- •Ability to consent after detailed written clarification (Fully Informed Consent)
- •Normal or correctable (with contact lenses) poor eyesight
- •abstinence from alcohol on Test day
- •Healthy subjects in the control group:
- •Men and women between the ages of 18 and 65
- •Alcohol consumption on a maximum of 5 days a week, a maximum of 12 g each alcohol per day for women (equivalent to 0.3 l beer; 0.125 l wine) and 24 g alcohol per day for men (corresponding to 0.6 l beer; 0.25 l wine)
- •Adequate ability to communicate with the examiner to answer questions verbally and in writing
- •Ability to consent after detailed written clarification (Fully Informed Consent)
- •Normal or correctable (with contact lenses) poor eyesight
- •abstinence from alcohol on test day
排除标准
- •Subjects with alcohol use disorder:
- •Withdrawal of the declaration of consent
- •Alcohol consumption on the day of the examination (breath alcohol concentration> 0.3 ‰)
- •Axis I disorder DSM 5 (except alcohol consumption disorder and Nicotine use disorder) within the past 12 months
- •Pharmacotherapy with psychoactive substances within the past 14 days (except for stable doses of non-dopamine-active antidepressants and neuroleptics)
- •Current drug abuse (THC, amphetamine, opiates, Benzodiazepines, barbiturates and cocaine)
- •Not able to communicate with the examiner
- •wearing glasses (without the possibility to wear contact lenses)
- •Parkinson's disease
- •History of withdrawal delirium or seizures
- •Withdrawal symptoms determined via Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment for Alcohol Score (Score> 4)
- •Healthy subjects in the control group:
- •Withdrawal of the declaration of consent

- •Alcohol consumption on the day of the examination (breath alcohol concentration> 0.3 ‰)
