入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients with symptoms of burning micturition, dysuria, increased frequency, retention of urine, fever with rigor.
- •Patients whose urine culture is positive for Escherchia coli, Stphylococcus aeureus, Klebseilla pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeuroginosa.
排除标准
- •Chronic kidney disease as defined by estimated glomerular filtration rate(GFR) by the original Schwartz formula <80mL/min/1.73m2.
- •Genitourinary abnormalities including: previous genitourinary surgery(other than circumcision), neurogenic bladder conditions, known obstructive uropathy, known high-grade vesicoureteral reflux(Grades IV-V), Urolithiasis.
- •Immunocompromised host.
- •Patients with Diabetes mellitus.
