- •All patients undergoing lower limb surgeries at sree balaji medical college and hospital
- •1. ASA grade â?? 1,2,3
- •2. Age between 15 and 55 years.
排除标准
- •. Patient refusal.
- •2. ASA grade-4
- •3. Patients with complications like severe Anaemia, Hypovolemia, Septicimeia, Shock.
- •4. Known case of hypersensitivity reaction to clonidine and Dexamethasone and local anesthetics.
- •5. Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy.
- •6. Local infection at the site of puncture.
