Inclusion Criteria
cardiac surgery patients;
BMI 20-30 kg/m2;
ASA I-III;
general anesthesia with midazolam, sufentanil, rocuronium and sevoflurane;
Exclusion Criteria
adipositas permagna;
ASA IV-V;
hypo- or hyperthyreosis;
febrile infection;
pregnancy;
allergy against flunitrazepam, midazolam, sufentanil, rocuronium, or sevoflurane;
participation in another interventional study

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method temperature perioperatively;<br>effect of medical premedication;<br>effect of transport within the hospital;<br>effect of forced-air prewarming;<br>Temperature monitoring is done pre- and postoperatively with the non-invasive SpotOn® temperature monitoring system, intraoperatively with a vesical and a nasopharyngeal temperature probe. The data will be recorded on a seperate temperature sheet.
