Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients clinically diagnosed to have first episode of supra\-tentorial stroke.
- •2\)Mini Mental State Examination score \>\=24\.
- •3\)Brunnstrom recovery stage of Upper limb Stage 2 or more.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Any history of shoulder pain prior to stroke.
- •2\)Subject having neurological disorders other than stroke.
- •3\)Subjects having general musculoskeletal conditions which is limiting subjects performance in the outcome measure/ treatment protocol.
- •4\)Subject with hemi neglect, pusherâ??s syndrome, severe visual field defects and perceptual deficit.
