1)Patients clinically diagnosed to have first episode of supra-tentorial stroke.
2)Mini Mental State Examination score >=24.
3)Brunnstrom recovery stage of Upper limb Stage 2 or more.
1)Any history of shoulder pain prior to stroke.
2)Subject having neurological disorders other than stroke.
3)Subjects having general musculoskeletal conditions which is limiting subjects performance in the outcome measure/ treatment protocol.
4)Subject with hemi neglect, pusherâ??s syndrome, severe visual field defects and perceptual deficit.
