入选标准
- •Perimenopausal women diagnosed with vestibular migraine.
- •Age: 42-55 years
- •BMI: 18.5kg/m2-29.9kg/m2 (Normal to Pre-obesity according to WHO)
- •Berg Balance Score less than or equal to 40
- •MIDAS score greater than or equal to 11.
排除标准
- •Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes
- •Diagnosed with neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, multiple sclerosis) or vestibular disorders (e.g., Meniere’s disease, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo)
- •Women with significant musculoskeletal disorders or injuries in last 6 months
- •Women with uncorrected vision or hearing impairments
- •Any recent surgeries in the last 6 months.
