Patients undergoing elective lower limb orthpaedic surgeries of either gender aged 20-50 years with American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) I and II status under Spinal anaesthesia
Patients with low heart rate
Known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drugs
pregnant and lactating women
patient refusal
local site infection, Peripheral vascular disease
Severe cardiovascular, respiratory ,hepatic and renal diseases, coagulation abnormalities, with previous spine surgeries and spine abnormalities
