- •Patients undergoing elective lower limb orthpaedic surgeries of either gender aged 20-50 years with American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) I and II status under Spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Patients with low heart rate
- •Known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drugs
- •pregnant and lactating women
- •patient refusal
- •local site infection, Peripheral vascular disease
- •Severe cardiovascular, respiratory ,hepatic and renal diseases, coagulation abnormalities, with previous spine surgeries and spine abnormalities
