简要总结
Scapular dyskinesis is common in overhead athletes and contributes to shoulder dysfunction due to poor neuromuscular control and repetitive stress. This study compared Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Scapular Stabilization Exercises (SSE) in 28 overhead athletes aged 18–25. Participants were randomly assigned to 6 weeks of SSE or PNF training. Both groups improved, but PNF produced significantly greater gains in Functional Throwing Performance Index (p = 0.003), Seated Single Arm Shot Put Test (p = 0.008), Lateral Scapular Slide Test (p < 0.001), and Prone Medicine Ball Drop Test (p < 0.001). PNF was more effective than SSE for enhancing shoulder function and throwing accuracy.
