Inclusion Criteria

Participants diagnosed by a doctor as a cerebral thrombosis or hemorrhagic stroke for a period of at least 6 months to 5 years, aged between 40 and 70 years old, were able to extend their hemiplegic wrist and fingers, were able to sit more than 30 minutes, FMA-UE assessment score between 19 and 58 points, able to understand and follow two steps of commands.

Exclusion Criteria

Participants with other neurological diseases or musculoskeletal disorders those limit their upper limb movements, presented with wrist flexor spasticity (Modified Ashworth Scale > 3) and bilateral hemiparesis.
