Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Participants diagnosed by a doctor as a cerebral thrombosis or hemorrhagic stroke for a period of at least 6 months to 5 years, aged between 40 and 70 years old, were able to extend their hemiplegic wrist and fingers, were able to sit more than 30 minutes, FMA\-UE assessment score between 19 and 58 points, able to understand and follow two steps of commands.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Participants with other neurological diseases or musculoskeletal disorders those limit their upper limb movements, presented with wrist flexor spasticity (Modified Ashworth Scale \> 3\) and bilateral hemiparesis.
