- •1. Informal caregiver of person diagnosed with motor neuron disease in the past twelve months;
- •2. Be at least 18 years of age;
- •3. Be able to read, write and speak English.

- •1. Diagnosed with a severe cognitive or psychological disorder;
- •2. Unaware of the diagnosis of the person they care for.
