1.All clinically diagnosed patients of shoulder joint adhesive capsulitis.
2.Those have symptoms of adhesive capsulitis of shoulder more than 12 weeks.
3.Age >18 year
4.Those giving signed informed consent for study.
1.Previous intra-articular steroid injections
2.Previous history of surgery on affected shoulder
3.A history of shoulder fracture
4.Malignancy
5.Pregnancy
6.Local Infection
7.Any medical and surgical conditions preventing communication and compliance of study protocol eg. cognitive impairment, TBI, hearing impairment etc.
8.Unwillingness to participate
