入排标准
入选标准
- •Duration more than or equal to 1 month
- •Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) for painmore than or equal to 4 to NRS equal to 7
- •Clinical diagnosis of partial tear of supraspinatus tendon with image confirmation on Magnetic Resonance Imaging
排除标准
- •Rotator cuff tears secondary to fracture or dislocations
- •Injection with corticosteroids in the preceding three months
- •Previous surgical repair or arthroscopy
- •Type 3 Acromian
- •SLAP lesion
- •Adhesive capsulitis
- •Tumour, inflammatory/ infective arthropathies
- •Bleeding disorders
- •Symptomatic cervical spine pathology
- •Patients receiving other methods of treatment to this area, who had concomitant other injury of the Rotator Cuff tendons.
- •Non cooperative patient with the basic rehabilitation program.
