Duration more than or equal to 1 month
Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) for painmore than or equal to 4 to NRS equal to 7
Clinical diagnosis of partial tear of supraspinatus tendon with image confirmation on Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Rotator cuff tears secondary to fracture or dislocations
Injection with corticosteroids in the preceding three months
Previous surgical repair or arthroscopy
Type 3 Acromian
SLAP lesion
Adhesive capsulitis
Tumour, inflammatory/ infective arthropathies
Bleeding disorders
Symptomatic cervical spine pathology
Patients receiving other methods of treatment to this area, who had concomitant other injury of the Rotator Cuff tendons.
Non cooperative patient with the basic rehabilitation program.
