Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are candidate for an implant-retained full arch rehabilitation
Patients who are systemically healthy (includs ASA 1 or ASA 2 physical status)
The height of the alveolar ridge between two premolar teeth is 8 millimetre or less
The maximum width of the alveolar ridge is 3 millimetre
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who are not candidate for an implant-retained full arch rehabilitation
Any systemic status (history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy) and bone status, which make maxillofacial surgery and bone transplant contraindicated, based on operators diagnosis

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Assessment of alveolar ridge width after treatment in control and case groups in area of lateral incisor, canine, first premolar and first molar. Timepoint: Alveolar ridge width is assessed in area of lateral incisor, canine, first premolar and first molar before treatment and 4 months after bone transplant. Method of measurement: Data are collected using CBCT radiographs.
