Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Older adults in the age group 40\-60
- •Both females and males
- •People who are not terminally ill with diseases TB, Cancer, HIV, Renal Disorders etc.
- •People who does not use antipsychotics, antidepressants.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Adults with any other chronic diseases or any terminal or critical illness.
- •Adults less than the age of 40 and more than 60\.
