1. Pregnant women in normal pre-pregnancy BMI class (BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m2) with a gestational age of 16-20 weeks who have gestational weight gain over the upper cutoff of normal gestational weight gain in those gestational ages (range 0.35-0.50 kg./week), recruited before starting the program at 20 weeks of gestational age, 2. Single pregnancy, 3. No obstetric or medical complications diagnosed during pregnancy including diabetic, gestational diabetes mellitus, eating disorder, psychological disorder, hypertension, autoimmune disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, and chronic hypertension disease, 4. Having mobile phone and Line application on the mobile phone, 5. Having a low to middle level of dietary behavior score (low level 28-55 score, middle level 56-83 score), 6. Being able to comprehend, write, and read the Thai language, 7. Willing to participate in the research.
Having complications during pregnancy including multiple pregnancies, the fetus complications, pregnancy induce hypertension, polyhydramnios, and gestational diabetes mellitus after 20 weeks of gestational age.
