Inclusion Criteria

  • All patients undergoing elective mastectomy surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patient refusal
  • Contraindications to regional anaesthesia
  • Known allergy to local anaesthetics
  • Bleeding diathesis
  • Use of any anti\-coagulants
  • Patient on chronic analgesics
