1. Undergoing open heart surgery at Vajira Hospital.
2. Able to communicate in Thai and following instructions.
3. Possesses electronic devices used in daily life, such as smartphones or tablets with the Android operating system.
4. Able to receive phase 1 cardiac rehabilitation by physician's orders.
5. Has received a phase 1 cardiac rehabilitation program by physical therapists.
1. Individuals aged 65 and above who score below the standard on the MMSE Thai 2002 test (score equal or less than 17 for primary education level and equal or less than 22 for education level higher than primary education).
2. Severe post surgery complications, such as severe pneumonia, heart failure, or other conditions that medical professionals deem warrant the cessation or discontinuation of physical therapy treatment.
